We at Purple Blush want you to love what you buy, and wear it as a personal expression of your style and beauty. We take customer satisfaction as our highest priority. All orders received will be shipped within 2-3 business days. A confirmation of receipt for your order will be sent via email. All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. If any of the items in your order are incorrect, or defective in any way, please return them for an exchange or full refund.
Shipping and Delivery
All online purchases are shipped free via USPS Priority Mail (US and Canada). Additionally, purchases may not be shipped to a P.O. Box.
Tracking a shipment
You may track the status of your shipment by using the tracking number sent to you via email at the time your order is shipped.
We currently accept several different payment methods for your convenience. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. You can exchange or return any unworn and unaltered piece within 30 days of the receipt date.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Purple Blush purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, less any shipping charges, by following these simple steps:
• You must ship your Return to Purple Blush within 30 days of invoice date,
• Your Return must be in its original condition, and
• You must include the original Packing Slip with your Return.
You should ship your Return via a traceable shipping method such as UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post. Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number until you receive your refund. We do not pay for the cost to ship Returns to Purple Blush. Your Return should be addressed to:

We will apply your refund to the original form of payment within 5 - 7 business days of receipt. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the refund is applied. Your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
